  • 2+ years of experience managing Microsoft Windows desktops (2007, 2010)
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and 10 operating systems
  • Proficiency with enterprise management tools including Active Directory, SCCM/SMS, remote-access, Windows imaging tools, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit and Services, and anti-virus software
  • Proficiency with MacOS, iOS, Android, DHCP, DNS
  • Proficiency with networking, security, firewalls, VPN, enterprise backup systems , VOIP telephone systems
  • Keen problem solving skills with an aptitude for establishing processes to improve efficiency
  • Good communication skills

Responsibilities include:

  • Building new and maintaining existing desktop and laptop systems
  • Deploying and testing updates to OS, applications, and virus software
  • Analyzing and budgeting hardware specifications for new desktop and laptop systems
  • Maintaining office peripherals, including printers, projectors, and alarm systems
  • Management and extension of offices’ wired LAN, wireless LAN, PBX/phone system, and VPN
  • Supporting employee’s primary desktop and cloud applications – MS Office 365, MS Outlook, MS Exchange, Salesforce, Atlassian suite, Box, and Slack  
  • Managing Active Directory and OKTA SSO permissions and groups
  • Providing 1st line support for IT/helpdesk and Desktop support issues
