About the job

As a continuation of our fast business growth, we’re looking to bring in additional people within our Customer Success team in our London office.

Upon joining, you'll participate in intensive training – both on-the-job and in-the-classroom – covering all aspects of the company, product and technical role. You'll begin by working in our Customer Success Team, using a variety of tools and resources to assist our Sales Team and deliver high quality customer support.

During your first year, you'll receive continued training and find yourself playing an increasing role in the operational aspects of LoopUp in line with your learning.

After around 10-18 months (depending on your progress), you’ll go through the next phase of intensive training, with a view of moving into an advanced Customer Success or Operations role within the team. Or, if more appropriate, perhaps you might migrate to a different function within the company.

Further training continues into the medium term, both with respect to more advanced technical knowledge, product understanding, and team management skills.

·         Previous experience in a Customer Support role

·         Troubleshooting & diagnostic skills

·         Good organisational skills
