LoopUp is a newly public, fast-growth B2B technology company disrupting the audio and web conferencing market. We are looking for a creative, and passionate Digital Marketing & Demand Generation Manager to help drive our marketing automation, inbound/outbound demand generation, and SEM campaigns.

You will be responsible for executing our digital marketing strategy and driving our e-mail campaigns and nurture activities, as well as supporting external events and webinars. You will own and manage the day-to-day operation of marketing automation processes and tools, which includes data import & management, KPIs, reporting, and customer segmentation and targeting activities. A key component of this role is the ability to capture and analyze key metrics, provide post campaign analyses and work with the marketing team to optimize performance and ROI for all marketing programs.

We are a lean marketing team, with a roll-up-our sleeves mentality. The ideal candidate has a creative mindset, is hungry, highly collaborative, a self-starter and can handle a high volume of projects with minimal supervision.

Primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Build, execute and track marketing campaigns from start to finish including list acquisition, segmentation, email template creation, testing, landing pages, form creation and assessment and reporting
  • Ensure landing page and syndicated content achieves SEO/SEM goals, and make recommendations on email and landing page content and how to improve program effectiveness and SEM tactics
  • Optimize online advertising campaigns to cost effectively drive lead generation across AdWords and other advertising networks, (this may include social channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
  • Manage and optimize Pardot marketing automation technology including nurture flows, communication schedules, and reporting and analysis; define and manage rules for scoring, multi-touch nurture, profiling, segmentation, workflows and reporting
  • Work with SFDC administrators to coordinate integration of CRM and marketing platforms - help troubleshoot issues that arise; contribute to data enrichment projects to improve targeting, segmentation and ensure data integrity.
  • Monitor programs and review metrics using SFDC, Pardot, Google Analytics, Google Adwords and provide timely analysis and reporting for all digital marketing program/campaign activities and success
  • Lead the creation and management of dashboards and closed loop reporting integrated with the sales database that tracks: campaign effectiveness, prospect engagement, scoring optimization, lead conversion
  • Coordinate and post communications for social media channels such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.; post marketing materials such as videos, collateral, infographics, etc. on website (WordPress)

 

Requirements

  • BS / BA degree
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations and demand generation at a B2B company strongly preferred
  • Extensive hands-on experience all outbound and inbound activities executing outbound demand generation, contact nurturing programs, and paid search
  • Demonstrable proficiency in SalesForce, marketing automation (e.g., Pardot), Google Adwords and website authoring tools (e.g., WordPress)
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills with the proven ability to work on multiple projects at once, prioritize, work independently, and solve problems, working comfortably under pressure
  • Ability to solve problems creatively in a fast-paced environment; take initiative to achieve results; meet short deadlines; and maintain a positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High self-motivation with a sense of urgency
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)
