The Role:

As a Product Manager at LoopUp, you will gather qualitative and quantitative insights to identify customer pain points and opportunities for product improvements that help customers have more efficient and collaborative remote meetings. You will take new features and products from start to finish, working closely with a cross-functional team of designers and engineers, as well as company executives and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identify the business case for new products and features as well as enhancement of existing ones through analytics, customer interaction and feedback from internal stakeholders
  • Lead projects and do what’s needed to ensure the delivery of a premium product
  • Strive to find a good balance between supporting the project schedule and doing what is right for our customers
  • Gather detailed product requirements and prioritize key customer requests and product questions from customers, sales, customer success, and marketing teams
  • Manage internal communications, providing appropriate project updates for all stakeholders
  • Gather insights about customers from a variety of methods, including analyzing data, conducting interviews and usability studies
  • Manage, track and prioritize bugs and product enhancements
  • Execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap

  • 3+ years proven work experience as a Product Manager for software applications
  • Track record of delivering and releasing successful SaaS software, preferably on multiple platforms (mobile and desktop web, Android, iOS)
  • Self-starter who is able to lead a cross-functional team towards product solutions
  • Deadline and detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse range of technical and non-technical people and job functions
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience 
  • Previous start-up experience and/or experience in a B2B company is a plus
  • Experience working in user experience design is a plus
