Upon joining, you'll participate in an intensive training programme covering all aspects of the company, product and SaaS market. You'll begin by working in business development, using high quality, value-added prospecting techniques to secure targeted opportunities for your team.

During your first year, you'll receive continued training and find yourself playing an increasing role in customer engagements in line with your learning.

There is a great opportunity for progression here in a quickly growing team. We're looking for the most dedicated and successful candidates to invest a lot of time and training into, and to progress quickly into the next role (after 6-18 months depending on your progress). You'll then go through the next phase of training and boot camps, preparing to move into a full sales or account management position within the team. Or, if more appropriate, there could be opportunity to migrate into a different function within the company.

Throughout your role at LoopUp, you'll receive continued training from our global management team, both with respect to more advanced selling, product understanding, and team management skills.
